It Hurts.... - यह दर्द देता है....

प्रिय मित्रो...


बहुत दिनों मैं आप सबसे दूर रहा ! क्यूंकि दोषारोपण के कारण नकाराताम्का और भ्रम का वातावरण अपने यौवन पर है ! यदि अफवाह को कोई उत्तर न दिया जाए तो वो अपनी स्वाभाविक मौत खुद मरती है ! परन्तु मैंने देखा कि कुछ सवेंदनहीन और मानवता से परे पोस्ट्स ने पेनेलिस्ट्स को लगातार भ्रम और आतंक की स्तिथि में ला खड़ा किया है ! मैं आप सबको आश्वस्त करना चाहता हूँ कि इन दिनों मेरे और मेरे करीबियों के ऊपर लगाए गए सारे  इलज़ाम और शक बेबुनियाद हैं और इनका सच से कोई वास्ता नहीं ! हर प्रशन का सटीक उत्तर भी है परन्तु इससे वातावरण और दूषित होगा, जो कि हमारा लक्ष्य नहीं चूँकि यह राजनीतिक मंच नहीं जहाँ यह गन्दा खेल खेला जाए !  समय पर हमें स्वयं हर प्रशन का उत्तर मिलेगा ! कृपया धैर्य रखें !
बहुत से कार्य कम्पनी की भलाई के लिए किये जा रहे हैं, कुछ प्रयत्नों को आज हम सब के लिए समझ पाना कठिन है ! निचली अदालत से लेकर माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में पेनेलिस्ट्स अपने कर्तव्य को निभाते हुए अपने और सबके अधिकारों की सुरक्षा में प्रयासरत हैं ! हमें इस बात को समझना होगा कि हर प्रयत्न अंतर्संबंधित है ! हमारे कुछ पेनेलिस्ट्स भाई आज स्टार न्यूज़ की भाँती व्यवहार कर रहे हैं ! पूरी कार्य प्रणाली का गहन अध्यन किये बिना, उसे नज़दीक से देखे बिना उस पर अपने नकारात्मक विचार सच बताकर सार्वजनिक कर देना कहाँ तक तर्कसंगत है ? अपने अहंकार, क्रोध और अज्ञान के कारण किसी को भी लगातार दोष देते रहना क्या यह न्यायसंगत है ? हम अपने क्रोध की अग्नि में अक्सर सभ्य समाज की हर मर्यादा का उलंघन करते जाते हैं, क्या यह सही है ? मेरा सबसे नम्र निवेदन है कि सौहार्द का वातावरण रखें, अगर कंपनी किसी व्यक्ति यां संस्था को कंपनी विरोधी गतिविधि में लिप्त  पाएगी तो वह खुद हमें इसके सन्दर्भ में किसी भी माध्यम से सूचना देगी ! आप सबको याद होगा कि कंपनी ऐसे कई मामलों में पहले भी सार्वजनिक रूप से सूचित कर चुकी है ! हमें कोई चिंता करने की कोई आव्य्शय्कता नहीं ! किसी को बुरा साबित करने की ललक में खुद बुरे न बनें ! एक दुसरे को दोष देना अपनी शक्ति को कमज़ोर करना है ! बुद्धिमान को एक इशारा ही बहुत है ! कृपया अपनी पहली जैसी एकता बनाये रखें ! याद रहे कि जीत के बाद हम सबको एक साथ जश्न मनाना है, अपना जीवन खुशहाल बनाना है ! विश्वास रखिये सब शिक़वे शिकायत दूर हो जायेंगे !
मुझे माफ़ कीजियेगा अगर मैंने किसी को दुःख पहुँचाया है !

Dear Friends....

For many days I was away from you. Because of allegations there is negativity &  confusion all around. If the rumours are not paid attantion to they die the natural death.  But I have seen that some insensitive & inhuman posts brought the panelist in a panic & distrust atmosphere. I want to assure you all that all the allegations on me & my near ones are completely baseless., they are not related to the truth anyways. Every question has a accurate answer but it’ll simply pollute the atmosphere more which is not our aim coz this is not a political platform where this dirty game coul be played. We will get every answer on the correct time. Please have patience.
Many of the tasks are carried on for the welfare of the panelists. It is difficult for some of us to understand every task. Most of the tasks are the confidential. From the lower court to apex court we panelists are performing our responsbilities to protect their & everyone’s right. We need to understand this every task is interrelated.  Some of the panelsits are behaving like the star news reporters. Without studying/knowing the whole working system/strategy to put forward our negative thoughts presenting as the truth in the open – how far it is logically correct ? We just overlook all the values of a cultured society in fit of rage.  Is it correct ? It’s my humble request to all of you that please maintain healthy and cultured atmosphere. If the company would find anyone indulging in any company against movements, the company will inform us about it in anyway thru any medium. You must be remembering that in the similar cases the company had been informing us about such activities. We need not to worry. To blame others don’t put your repitation at stake.  To blame each other is to weaken our strength. A blink of an eye is enough for a wise person. Please maintain your unity as before. After final victory we have to party together. Believe me all doubts will be cleared.
