अपनी निश्चित जीत की तरफ बढे हुए एक और कदम की आप सबको बधाई हो ! माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने आज जो आदेश पारित किया है, वह पूर्णतय: हमारे पक्ष में है ! आदेश की शांत राहतें इस प्रकार हैं :-
१ - स्पीक एशिया को ५० करोड़ रूपये माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय रजिस्ट्री में जमा कराने का आदेश !
२ - केंद्रीय प्रत्यक्ष कर बोर्ड (आयकर विभाग) को देय राशि का ब्यौरा देने का आदेश !
३ - आर्थिक अपराध शाखा को वेबसाईट के व्यवस्थापक अधिकार के साथ अन्य सारी सम्बंधित सामग्री माननीय श्रीमान आर. सी . लाहोटी जी (भूतपूर्व मुख्य न्यायाधीश) को सौंपने का आदेश !
यह अभी प्रारंभिक अद्यतन है और विस्तारपूर्वक अद्यतन आदेश की प्रति प्राप्त होने के पश्चात प्रकाशित कर दिया जाएगा !

Good Morning Speakasians,
Congratulations all Speakasians this is our first step to absolute victory. The hon’ble Supreme Court has passed an order which is absolutely in our favor.
The salient features of today’s orders are as follows:
1. SAOL has been ordered to deposit 50 crores with the Supreme Court Registry.
2. CBDT (IT Dept) has been asked to give the details of their dues.
3. EOW has been ordered to handover the admin rights of the website along with all other material to the Hon’ble Mr. Justice Lahotiji.
This is an initial update and detailed update will be posted as soon as the Order comes in hand.
